An issue occasionally preventing event NPCs from respawning will be fixed.
An issue where players received the boosted entry limits for some Archdaeva instances, even when they did not have an Instance Entry Boost Pack applied, will be fixed.
Panesterra Fortresses will be reset to Balaur.
