There will be a scheduled maintenance period tomorrow, Wednesday, February 1, 2017 from 6:00 AM to 8:30 AM Central Time. The game servers will be unavailable for approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Joker's Wild event will end. Turn in any remaining cards you have!
Omega Unbound Enchantment will continue.
Broken Hearts event will begin. Details available here.
Luna Shop special designs will be craftable once again. All armor and weapon designs will be available.

Aion 5.3 Coming Soon

Aion’s 5.3 update is coming soon. In this update to Aion: Echoes of Eternity, large-scale content is the primary focus. If battling against Ereshkigal forces isn’t enough, the tournament-format Arena of Tenacity will open its doors pitting contenders against each other from both factions, and more!


Battleground Pandaemonium & Battleground Sanctum
With the Aetheric Field weakening following Iluma and Norsvold’s release from stasis, Ereshkigal’s forces have seized the opportunity to further expand her influence. For the first time in living memory, Dredgions have directly assaulted Pandaemonium and Sanctum. In this 384 member PVE instance, Archdaevas must defeat Ereshkigal’s invading forces and save their home.



Arena of Tenacity
In this new Arena, players from both factions are pitted against each other to reach the top spot. Players can queue for the Arena and the system will match players against others in a single-elimination tournament format.



Prime Guardian/Prime Archon Equipment
The new medal rank, Spinel Medals, along with Fragmented Spinel, can be acquired through various PvP activities – PvPvE instances, Arena of Glory, PvP quests, and more. These medals can be used to purchase Archdaeva Abyss equipment from the Hall of Fame/Glory.



Estima
Estima is a new item that can be enchanted with Estima Solution or Omega Enchantment Stones. These items can be enchanted up to +10 and up to three Estima can be equipped. Equipped Estima expands your pool of Essence Points so you can further customize your build.

Atreian Bestiary
Players can acquire an illustrated monster book when defeating monsters in Illuma and Norsvold. Collect monster portraits and unlocks rewards for completing various stages of the book.

Joker's Wild 2017

Winner winner, chicken dinner! Put your poker face on and stack those chips because it is once again time for Joker's Wild! Collect heart and spade cards to obtain a prestigeous Tournament Key that yields amazing prizes!

Part 1: Building your Hand

Log in daily until Febuary 1, 2017 and pick up an [Event] Clubs Card Pack and an [Event] Hearts Card Pack by talking to event NPC, Pierodan. Opening any one of these packs will give you (1) random Hearts or Clubs card. All event NPCs are located in the capital cities of Pandaemonium and Sanctum. A bundle can also be purchased from the store for one NCoin daily! The bundle will contain three Hearts and three Clubs.

Certain instance bosses will also drop (1) [Event] Clubs Card Pack and (1) [Event] Hearts Card Pack.

Part 2: Lucky Number 7

The 7 of Hearts card can be used in a pair with a Red Joker card in exchange for a tournament key. You can also combine lower number Hearts cards that add up to seven to create a 7 of Hearts card.



Part 3: Royal Straight

Combine the 10 of Clubs, Jack of Clubs, Queen of Clubs, King of Clubs, and the Ace of Clubs to create an [Event] Royal Straight card. This card can then be combined with a Black Joker card for a tournament key.



Part 4: Jokers are Wild

[Event] Black Joker and [Event] Red Joker cards are required in your hand when you show the cards to the House in exchange for a tournament key. Joker cards can be purchased from our store or exchanged with 8 and 9 of Hearts/Clubs for either Joker cards with event NPC, Tuperunerk. Other cards can also be exchanged for Joker cards from the other event NPCs.



Part 5: Bluffs Away

If you have any Hearts or Clubs cards you don't plan on using, you can use the item as a buff. Double-click the card you don't plan on keeping or trading to use the appropriate buff listed. The card buffs do not stack and will override your current buff should you use another card buff.

2. Frozen Magic event will continue for one more week.
3. Character Transfer queueing will be available.
4. Panesterra Fortresses will be reset to Balaur.
5. Atreian Passport has been fixed.
6. The daily Luna Material Chests have been fixed and can now be obtained properly.
7. The 64-bit client animation issue has been fixed, and the 64-bit client has been re-enabled.
